a team of 25 emergency personnel spent two hours using ropes and pulleys to bring the driver to safety. >> it took a lot of personnel, a lot of hauling, just extent, pulling him up using pulleys and things like that. it is steep embankment. the driver was air lifted to the hospital. there are no signs alcohol was involved but they say speed was likely a factor. >> two men are under arrest this morning after taking police on a brief chase and crashing in to another car in san francisco. officers spot add car reported stolen at 7:30 last night. police tried to pull the driver over and he tooked off. after crashing, two young men rap off but they were caught a short distance away. >> this morning, police are looking for the person who/d tires on dozens of vehicles, a picture posted on the video shows the damage, all four tires were slashed.
